The Kitchen Gardens at Chirnside Park is tranquil space for shoppers to relax in and enjoy.
We encourage you to spend time in our Community Kitchen Garden and share in the harvesting of our herbs and vegetables to use at home. Enjoy, respect and care for our plants as you would your own.
Located: Next to the bus stop, outside the Woolworths entrance.
Open: 8am- 9pm daily
Get into the garden and prepare some delicious recipes this season.

WORKING BEES IN THE GARDEN
We need your help harvesting current herbs and planting new season seedlings, so we can grow new crops for you and the community to enjoy.
Volunteer on the day and receive a free $10 Chirnside Park Gift Card! You will also go into the draw to win a prize pack, drawn on the day.
A light picnic lunch will be provided, so bring a friend and make an afternoon of it.
Gardening equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

We invite all members of the community to become members of our Community Kitchen Garden.
As a member you'll receive a monthly online newsletter featuring our herb or vegetable of the month and Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation recipes. You'll also be informed of working bees, so you can get your hands dirty and help us harvest and grow new crops! Its easy to get involved just register here.
