We want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience at our Centre. As such, we have the friendliest Customer Experience Representatives on hand seven days a week.  You can find our helpful staff at the Customer Service Desk located on the lower ground floor at the bottom of the Centre Court travellator. They can assist you with the following: 
 
  • Purchase of Chirnside Park Gift Cards
  • Information about our community programs
  • Free motorised scooter and wheelchair hire 
  • Assistance with lost children or family members in the Centre
  • Lost property
  • Retailer information and directions
  • Public transport information

We understand how important it is to stay connected while you shop. This is why we offer free Wi-Fi. All you need to do is select the Chirnside Park Free Wi-Fi option on your device settings and follow the prompts to start enjoying our complimentary service.

The perfect gift for everyone, for any occasion. The Chirnside Park Gift Card is available online or at our Customer Service Desk. Use it like a debit card, it is redeemable at Chirnside Park stores that accept EFTPOS.
