Savoury Muffins

Ingredients
  
3 cups self raising flour
Salt and pepper
½ tsp mustard powder
2 eggs
2 heaped tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup grated tasty cheese
1 cup finely chopped ham
½ cup fresh chives, finely chopped
½ cup sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
2. Grease 12 muffin tray
3. Combine flour, salt, pepper and mustard powder
4. Lightly beat eggs in small bowl, then add in buttermilk and melted butter
5. Add liquid to flour mix and combine well
6. Gently stir in cheese, ham, chives and sundried tomatoes
7. Scoop mixture into muffin tray and bake for around 25 minutes
8. Serve hot on the spot or cool and introduce them to the lunch box!
