Chirnside Park is undertaking a Centre Refresh!
Chirnside Park is very excited to announce the $10M centre upgrade has begun!
The project will improve the appeal of the centre through an upgrade to the finishes and fixtures.
The scope includes:
- Upgrade of floors, ceilings, landscape and lighting.
- New mall furniture
- Upgrade of existing skylights in centre court and mall areas
- Wayfinding and signage upgrade
- External centre entry upgrades
Centre Court – Chirnside's main meeting point is the Centre Court with retailers such as Boost and Sushi Hub. This area will undertake the following transformation:
- Re-tile floors
- Skylight refurbishment
- Upgrade existing services
- New mall furniture & dwell spaces
- New lighting
- Sculptural ceiling features
Market Hall – An integral part of Chirnside where many customers come to eat lunch and purchase their fresh food. Aldi is also amongst the mix with entry via the travelators or through the mall past Target. This area will undertake the following transformation:
- Furniture reconfiguration
- Additional furniture
- New feature lighting
Link Malls – These malls are important for customer flow throughout the Centre, each mall plays a pivotal role in the customers journey from one end of the Centre to the other. This area will undertake the following transformation:
- Re-tile floors
- Skylight refurbishment
- Upgrade existing services
- New mall furniture
- New lighting
- Sculptural ceiling features
Signage / WayFinding - How customers find their way into the Centre via motor vehicle is essential to their everyday shopping experience. We want to ensure signage is clear, accurate and modern, therefore the following signs will be updated during the refresh:
- External Pylon Signs
- External Wayfinding
- Internal Wayfinding
North Entry – Fresh Food Entry - this is one of the last entry points yet to be modernised. The update will provide a much more appealing entry point for our customers. The following works will be undertaken :
- Landscape upgrade
- Fascia replacement
- Lighting upgrade
- Signage upgrade
