For only $5, you can add a custom premium print, congradulating the recipient with a heart-warming personal message. Please note that a $2 administration fee applies upon issue of each Chirnside Park Gift Card using card payment, or a $5 fee using cash payment*. 

Note: Cash payment and premium print on demand gift cards are not available via online purchase method.

1. Take your Chirnside Park Gift Card to any Chirnside Park store where EFTPOS is available. 
2. Simply swipe the Chirnside Park Gift Card, select ‘Savings’ on the EFTPOS terminal.
3. Enter the PIN number on the back of the Gift Card and press OK.
4. Chirnside Park Gift Cards that were issued prior to 1 November 2018 are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Chirnside Park Gift Cards issued from 1 November 2018 onwards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
6. Check your Chirnside Park Gift Card balance and transaction history by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting givvkiosk.com and clicking on check balance.
7. Any Chirnside Park Gift Card that is damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost. Please visit the Chirnside Park Customer Service Desk or call 1300 764 721 for assistance.

Please be aware of the Chirnside Park Gift Card’s remaining balance before making a purchase - if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.

The Chirnside Park Giftcard can be used in centre at any participating retailer who has EFTPOS or at any of the following shopping centres throughout Australia.

• The Chirnside Park Gift Card should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• The Chirnside Park Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services at all Chirnside Park stores, where EFTPOS is available. 
• The Chirnside Park Gift Card may be purchased in various denominations from $10 to $1,000.
• Administration Fees; Until 31 December 2018 a $2 fee applies upon the issuance of each Chirnside Park Card using card payments. From 1 January 2019 a $2.50 fee applies upon the issuance of each Chirnside Park Gift Card using card payments.  A $5 fee applies upon the issuance of each Chirnside Park Gift Card using cash payment*. A $5 administration fee applies upon the issuance of each premium; print on demand gifts cards* (Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas etc). Note:  Cash payment and Premium Print on demand gift cards are not available via online purchase method. 
• The Chirnside Park Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts, nor used at ATM’s to withdraw cash.
• Individual Chirnside Park retailers are not required to accept the Chirnside Park Gift Card for any purchase under the value of $10.
• Chirnside Park Gift Cards that were issued prior to 1 November 2018 are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and must be redeemed before the date of expiry.
• Chirnside Park Gift Cards issued from 1 November 2018 onwards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, and must be redeemed before the date of expiry.
• The Chirnside Park Gift Card will be void and cannot be redeemed after the date of expiry. Once expired, the Chirnside Park Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
• The Chirnside Park Gift Card is partially redeemable. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value before the date of expiry. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
• Any unused balance on expiry of the Chirnside Park Gift Card will not be refunded or credited.
• Where the cost of any purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
• The cardholder is liable for all transactions on the gift card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Chirnside Park, The GPT Group or any of our employees.
• You can check your card balance at any time by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting givvkiosk.com and clicking on check balance.
• Chirnside Park and The GPT Group reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the Chirnside Park website, or at the Customer Service Desk.
• Call 1300 764 721 or visit the Customer Service Desk if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Chirnside Park Gift Card.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy on how personal information will be treated.

• Funds may take up to 48 hours to be activated on your Gift Card.
• Redeemable anywhere EFTPOS is available.
• Instructions for use: Swipe card at the EFTPOS terminal, select ‘Savings Account’, then enter the 4 digit PIN printed on the reverse side of the card.
• Treat the card like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be refunded. Cards cannot be used at ATMs to withdraw cash.

• Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.
