General Games Chirnside Park is hosting a pair of Magic the Gathering learn-to-play events over the two weeks of school holidays!
They'll be running on Friday the 25th of September and the 2nd of October.
Staff will teach new players the rules of the game, and help guide them in their first games and in signing up to the Magic Companion app (which they'll need for all future participation in MtG events)!

Each participant will receive a free welcome deck to learn the ropes and play with!
These contain cards with fairly simple effects, to make the learning process as easy as possible.
After the learn-to-play, players are more than welcome to continue to play in the store and ask questions about upcoming events.
Book in by purchasing a free ticket online or in-store.
While this event is open to all ages, participants should be able to read the cards mostly unassisted, as well as calculate damage mostly unassisted.
All children under the age of 13 need a parent or guardian to remain with them in store.
Carers and other assistants are required to stay in store where applicable.
